Describe the bug

The 9anime API is returning an error message: "{"message":"Something went wrong. Contact developer for help."}". This indicates that the API is not functioning as expected.

Steps to reproduce

Access the 9anime API.
Attempt to perform a function that utilizes the API.
Observe the error message: "{"message":"Something went wrong. Contact developer for help."}"
https://http:localhost:3000/
https://http:localhost:3000/

Expected behavior

The API should function without errors and provide the expected response.

Actual behavior

The API returns the error message: "{"message":"Something went wrong. Contact developer for help."}" instead of the expected response.

Additional context

This issue is hindering the proper functioning of the service. It requires attention from the development team to investigate and resolve the underlying cause of the error.

Same here, except for the mangadex api. It works for the example URL's on the documentation but not for any other one.
