User Story

As a Dutch municipality official, I want to ensure the CONSUL DEMOCRACY project is listed on OpenCatalogi.nl by facilitating the addition of a publiccode.yml file to the project's GitHub repository. This will enhance the project's visibility and accessibility for municipalities, contributing to the open government ecosystem.

Why is this Needed?

Visibility of open-source projects is crucial for promoting collaboration and reusability of software among Dutch municipalities. The CONSUL DEMOCRACY project currently lacks visibility on OpenCatalogi.nl, because it does not have a publiccode.yml file in its repository. This file is essential for listing on OpenCatalogi.nl, and its absence limits the project's potential reach and impact.

Expected Behavior
