Improve Poll results administration panel

Description

The admin results page of a poll admin/polls/N/results, can be a bit confusing for admins because it doesn't show the same numbers as in the public view polls/N/results.

I think it's because in the public view all votes are taken into account (web and booths) and in admin they are not.

Why is this Needed?

The idea is to improve this page by showing:

Table of participants
This also allow admins see the total number of participants without enabling the public stats.

• Total participants via web
• Total number of participants via booths
• Total participants

In the table of questions/answers add the columns:

• Web votes
• Ballot box votes
• Total votes
