Recount vote information not displaying for booths in PB Ballot

User Story

Description

When importing votes offline votes using polling booths, the votes are imported and counted correctly.
However, the sub totals of votes for each booth are no longer displayed.

I am sure they used to be displayed correctly in a previous version.

Also the results per booth are no longer displayed. Again, I think they used to be displayed in the past

Current Behavior

[comment]: # in this screenshot the number of votes is shown as 0, even though there are several hundred votes

The results tab shows No Results

Expected Behavior

[comment]: # Cumulative number of votes should be displayed for each polling booth
