initialQuads in RdfSourceQPF not consumed or closed

Description:

The initialQuads in RdfSourceQPF never being consumed or closed after being cached.

Perhaps it is worth using the rdf-streaming-store here as well rather than caching the arrays of quads themselves as this would surely reduce what needs to be stored in memory?

Yup, that could be an improvement indeed.

We'll need a workaround for storing the metadata property though.
