Comunica SPARQL endpoint configuration with CLI argument

Description:

To change selection the actors for the SPARQL enpoint, read choose the configuration, it is necessary to change an environmental variable named COMUNICA_CONFIG. I think it would be more user friendly and consistent with the rest of the setting of the endpoint for it to be a CLI argument where you set the path of the config file with something like comunica-sparql-link-traversal-http ${myDataSource} -s ${pathToMyConfigFile}.
