Memory Issue with msPurity:Filter and AverageSpectra

Hi @Tomnl ,

I'm facing some Memory issues on W4M, can you give me some advices/tricks that will decrease the RAM needs of the msPurity tools.
I'm just working with 23 QExactive files, so it seems a bit strange that the 24 Go of RAM allowed on the cluster are not sufficient
