Issue Title: Enhance Backup Process by Including GitLab Assets

Description:
As part of our backup strategy, we should consider including GitLab assets as a backup option. These assets can serve as a secondary source for data recovery and provide additional redundancy.

Proposed Changes:

1. Add GitLab Assets to Backup:

   • Include the following GitLab assets in our backup process:
     • hosts
     • named.cache
   • These assets contain critical information that can be useful for disaster recovery or migration.

2. Documentation Update:

   • Update our backup documentation to reflect the inclusion of these assets.
   • Provide clear instructions on how to restore from these backups if needed.

Additional Notes:

• Regularly test the backup and restore process to ensure its effectiveness.
• Consider automating the backup process to minimize manual intervention.
