Got a flat sparse ply

In the process of sparse reconstruction, the point cloud became flat and seemed to be compressed in the vertical direction. May I ask if this is the problem of the shooting Angle, or should I adjust the parameters? How should I solve it? Thanks!

You could try to slightly lift the camera a bit and put the camera farer. Check how did they do for Co3D, which shares a similar setting to yours as below.
