Python incremental mapper: Pbar does not reset when reconstructing multiple runs per scene

As the title says, when reconstructing multiple runs per scene using the new python incremental mapper script, the progress bar does not reset.

Observed behavior: The progress bar is updated many more times than the number of images in the scene
