When reporting a message with the LINE bot the first time, there will be a pop-up window asking the user to grant permission to "send messages for you".

This might confuse users as if the LINE bot is going to send messages to their friends or other chatrooms on their behalf, while it may be just for the LIFF page to send a message back to the very chatroom between the bot and the user.

It would be better if something like an explanation about the use of this permission is available to users before they press the "confirm" button. After all, we do want them to think twice before confirming a request as well as sharing a message.

Seems that it's "Channel description", which will be displayed not only in the permission screen, and it's limited to 500 characters. It would be a bit weird if we put explanation about the permission in this sentence.

@godgunman will consult LINE to see if we have any other options.
