[Optimization] Making Join our Community a Button and Redirecting

Making "Join Our Comunity" a button makes it look easier for visitors

Also, it directs us to register.html page which has again "Join Us" button which finally gives the requested link.
This middle part can be removed (the register.html page), then nav button will directly takes visitor finally to requested linktree page
or any form in future

• This will improve User Experience, as lesser clicks have to be done.
• This enhance site's overall performance in time, as lesser pages needs to be loaded.
