Issue: broken link to on-boarding PPT for new contributors

Current Behaviour:
Documentation references a link to the Onboarding PPT for New Contributors in the following places. Both of these are dead links.

• Welcome
• Quick Steps

Expected behaviour:
I would expect to be able to view a presentation showing me how to get started with contributing to CodeBuddies.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. visit the links above
2. click on the link to the Onboarding PPT for New Contributors

Hi everyone. Sadly I was the person who created and had ownership of the documents. I've done some changes in my drive, and I'm not sure that I still have access to the presentation. I'll be back in one day or two. Sorry for the issues!

Thanks @osanseviero! If you don't find a backup of the presentation, don't worry about it -- we'll remove the links from the docs. I'm surprised I forgot to make a backup of the presentation as well; that's my bad. FWIW I remember it was a really great presentation, but the existing docs cover everything as well.

Thanks -- I logged into gitbook.com and saw there was a "you need to upgrade" message, then got an error when I tried to upgrade. I've contacted their support form, so 🤞
