Inspired by feedback from @julianjohannesen:

"I think it would be helpful to ... enable folks to search for other users by either name or username"

Now that we support inbox messaging on the site, would be helpful to have a directory of usernames/names, and the ability to toggle to DM that person.

@distalx mentioned he might be interested in adding this after the next release.
