Remove twitter from chapter sidebar #1884

Description of the issue 📄

The main page of a chapter (eg. https://codebar.io/west-london) shows the latest tweets from the chapter's twitter account on the side. It is no longer possible to view a feed of tweets without being logged in, so this sidebar offers no value any more. For this reason1, this section should be removed.

My suggestion is to remove the Twitter/X feed and replace it with an Instagram feed for those chapters that have it.

Minor tangent, but while taking a look at the current state of things, it looks like some of the styling has been lost on the introductory paragraph:
