In the sign up flow ask people how they found out about codebar #1827

When someone is signing up for codebar ask them how they found out about us.

Checkbox options should be :

  • from a friend
  • search engine (google ETC)
  • social media
  • One of codebar's hosts or partners
  • Other (if selected show input field)

Then show this information on the person's profile page.

@KimberleyCook I think this is a good idea, while we are at it, should we review the wording of the questions in the feedback form? I know historically a lot of folks misunderstood the How did you find the workshop? question as How did you hear about the workshop?
