Allow students to improve the codebar website through PRs

For advanced (or less advanced) students looking for a project to contribute to, we could open the idea of improving the website through their contribution via PRs.

The idea is to identify problems that are approachable and let the student come up with a solution.

• It would improve the website
• Teach students how to work on a project
• Give them a hint of how open source project often work
• Teach them more about Ruby, RonR and web development in general
• They could even try it during the workshops to get them going
