I have concerns about using the eligibility criteria developed in the U.K. context in France. I imagine this can apply to other chapters too. How can we ensure that we conform to both our country's laws/culture as well as codebar's philosophy?

Great question @hfroot and I believe having a legal input would be great but specially in France the law doesn't allow for such filtering. As a matter of fact I think it could prevent sometimes from adding coaches as they might feel uncomfortable with the idea that goes against "Universalism".
I am less knowledgable in other countries but I know that definitions around diversity focuses is not as developed in Europe.
For example:
Most don't have constructs/vocabulary to represent non-binary people.
In some other countries the race discussion creates a lot of frustration very quickly.
gender diversity is the only one I see where people are willing to start the conversation without being triggered.
Curious to see if we can find a way to advertise the event in France and elsewhere without sacrificing our values.
