Possibly unsuitable coaches joining the Slack and website

In the meeting on 31/3/22 I raised the issue of possibly unsuitable people signing up as coaches, especially when codebar's need for more coaches is widely shared across different groups by organisers in order to spread the word.

To counteract this it is of course possible to flag up any inappropriate behaviour in the admin area of the site so other organisers can keep an eye on the individual, and ban them if needed, or alternatively, to message Kimberley who has the admin rights to remove anyone unsuitable from the Slack. A solution could be to message anyone who would be suitable to coach at codebar privately rather than post a workshop link in a whole chat where anyone could sign up. Perhaps a page on the site on qualities we look for in coaches could be useful, or adding this to an already existing Code of Conduct?
