Find moderators for Slack channels - some channels will need more moderation than others. Start with #helpdesk, #job-board, #hiring, #general and #events.

@KimberleyCook to write up guides for what is expected from moderators. What should be deleted and what should raise some questions.

@KimberleyCook - make 1 person from each chapter an admin in Slack. Ask in organiser channel first.
