Have a chat about it with some person during then LGBT+Tech Barcelona meetup. Most Spanish company do not have nam format VTO program but would accept on an adhoc basis.
One of the big questions is which format is good for the student? one week? one day a trimester?, Friday afternoon? Will have to ask them.

An afternoon is the most voted.
We could try with a Friday codebar afternoon!

Next steps:

  • validate the availability of some coaches
  • see if needed company approval for VTO
  • find a sponsor and/with a place

daverick would like more information, I think what you said "olunteering from this company and other companies to use it in favor of diversity in tech. Some other companies like Typeform wanted to start doing something like this too idea: small bootcamp" is something I would love to do !
