If @Bozena611 cant make it, she can give as a hand with communication through different channels and social media.

Create a poll of ideas and talk with people that might be interested to attend. Post messages in different slack channels and communities to see if people are interested. We can do this after talking with @KimberleyCook and we can start making some noice.

Right now we have got some funding but we are still looking for some more. We are also waiting for @KimberleyCook to post the website but we can start asking people to come. @Klarala13 will share on slack some linked in links and info so that we can all share the information.
