[MVP review] Back navigation in wizard does not return already filled in information

Describe the bug
In the Add case wizard back navigation does not work as it should. When clicking either on a tab that was previously filled in or if I click on "Pasul anterior", information does not display

Expected behavior
If I click on previously filled in wizard phase or click on "Pasul anterior" i should view the information available in the form I filled in. Display all the fields, even the ones that do not have information filled inside. If a filed has not been completed then display a dash as indicated in issue #5
