[Admin] Update UI color scheme #90

Update UI color scheme to match the product:
Replace orange color with Tailwind Sky color:

Use Tailwind color Sky 900 as primary color (ex. for buttons etc).
Use Tailwind color Sky values as variations where it s needed (ex. for counters in the sidebar menu).

Nice to have: Place Harta Reciclarii logo in the topbar (for light theme use blue logo, for dark theme use white logo)
