[Admin] Manage Groups

User story
As a user, I want to create groups and allocate points to a group, in order to filter points in the points list and make bulk actions on the points more easily.

Description
User wants to see the list of groups they created and manage them: create new group, edit group name and description, delete group. See Figma

User can later allocate points to groups, from View point details page.

User can delete group by clicking on kebab menu > Delete group button. When user deletes a group, points are de-allocated from the group.

Main flow
User goes to Grupuri in the sidebar menu.
User sees a list of groups they previously created, containing group name and number of items allocated to the group
User clicks on kebab menu, clicks on "editeaza nume grup"
Pop-up opens, where user can edit group name / description.
