[Admin] Manage point duplicates

User story
As a user, I want to see an automatically generated list of points flagged as duplicates, in order to manually check information and delete real duplicated information on the map.

Description
From the admin portal, the user can see a list of points on the map. See Figma

Points flagged as duplicates are still displayed in the public portal; there is no implication to the public portal (untill point is deleted from the database).

Main flow
User goes on 'Duplicate' page from sidebar menu.
User sees a list of points flagged as possible duplicates, generated based on duplicates algorithm criteria
User clicks on View point details, to view flagged points details and make a decision on further action.
User takes action on duplicates set / on items in the list: delete duplicate, flag item as "not duplicate"/"duplicate",
