Suppress diagnostics at the extension level

Hi, what about possibility to suppress diagnostics at the extension levell, not just project level?

Benefits:

1. You can customize diagnostics at the one time for all of your projects, of course if you want
2. You avoid supppressing at the project level using [assembly: CodeAnalysis.SuppressMessage(...)] that will do you project more clear for other participants of your team that doesn't use Code Cracker
