matplotlib, numpy and tcl packages need to be installed in the virtual environment of worker roles to be able to test the "detailed results" option which includes graphs and plots. The graphs in the html report (issue #581) were created using matplotlib python package.
I can help with the installation of the packages. As I don't have access to these two servers, I can't install them myself.

I installed these versions: matplotlib-1.2.0.win-amd64-py2.7, numpy-MKL-1.8.1.win-amd64-py2.7. and I had to copy C:\Python27\tcl to my venv folder otherwise tcl doesn't work in the virtual environment. See this pypa/virtualenv#93.
These should be installed now I believe... please test this and ping me on hipchat to let me know if it worked! I updated the deploy to install numpy, tkinter and matplotlib, but I'm not sure if it installed on site worker AND compute worker or just one.
