[TS-375] [problem] Codacy doesn't understand the Dart project's source code exactly.

Hi,

I made a new Dart project. and submit into codacy.

And I set a Dart covarage plugin.
Then I ran into a very inexplicable amount of coverage errors.

The coverage tool doesn't seem to be aware of the existence of other libraries written in pubspec.yaml, nor does it seem to understand the name of my project (paypay_uo).

This makes this coverage tool impractical.
