Using "Preview in Editor" causes Hierarchy to be reset the next time the project is open #16898

System information

Windows 10

Issue description

Create nodes/make changes inside the Hierarchy, then use "Preview in Editor", and close the project. Open the project again, everything in the "Hierarchy" panel will be reset/all changes made previously will not be seen.

Relevant error log output

No response

Steps to reproduce

1.Create a new 2D project.
2.Make some changes inside the Hierarchy panel e.g. create and name a new node, save the scene with a different name
3.Save the project.
4.Click on "Preview in Editor"
5.Save and Close the project.
6.Double click on the same project in Cocos Dashboard to reopen the same project.
7.Find that the changes made previously in the Hierarchy panel is gone, it is reset to "scene-2d > Canvas > Camera
