Update page layout (ie CSS) #20

  • The logo taking up a lot of space works well on the landing page but no where else
  • The columns are too narrow
  • Tables look ugly
  • The same <li> for menus does not work for page content
  • Each page should have a link back to the page source on githuib for easy contributing

To address your first bullet (The logo taking up a lot of space works well on the landing page but no where else), what do you think of:

That a huge improvement.

Alignment / whitespace looks funky. Not sure if we want the sections to be aligned with the logo, aligned on the top, or something else.

Also, I color coded the sections (alternating blue for regular docs, an attention color for help, and a non-attention color for contributing / external link) but I wonder if instead we should have them be a consistent color and use a highlight color for the current section. I'm mixed on this.
