Import from OneTab lists

I would like to use your improved version of OneTab.
Unfortunately, however, I already have extensive OneTab lists organized by favorite names.

Unfortunately, better-onetab does not provide me with a way to import the OneTab lists.
Only the import of files is shown to me. All other options are grayed out.

So how do I get the OneTab lists imported into your program.
Starting from scratch would be too tedious.
