Restoring URLs from extension files in AppData folder

My computer crashed, and I saved a backup of extension files, from this path C:/Users/<Username>/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User Data/Default/Local Storage/leveldb based on this forum post.

Now, I copied the backed-up folder in the same path but I'm unable to see my previous URLs in the extension page. The folder mainly contains 5 Microsoft Access Record-Locking Information files with .Idb extensions. I can't open these files any other way, it seems.

Is it even possible to get my data back or is it lost forever? Please guide me.
