KICK-OFF MEETING

Venue

  • University may not be free, but highly discounted
  • Jona's brother-in-law works with the purchasing department to connect the team to use CEU University
  • Carlos de Cer University

Timeline

  • During the week can be successful (even Tues-Thurs)
  • Want to host this event around the same timeline as many KCDs in the EU, but it is not a concern to compete with sponsors, as most companies have a local budget

Action items

  • Team to secure venue and dates
  • Team to send logo request to kcd@cncf.io if they need help from the LF Creative team, otherwise, send final logo to that alias for approval
  • Team to work on sponsor prospectus to secure at least one sponsor to help secure the venue
  • Team to think on paid tickets vs free tickets and which route to take
