Quote with Quote Mark Block doesn't respect text-color setting #664

Reproduce:

Insert Quote with Quote Mark Block
Select the text area - text color options are displayed - when applied they do not reflect on frontend
If you select the Inner text area - text and background color options are displayed - when applied they do not reflect on frontend

To do:

See if we can remove at least one of the color options to not confuse editors
Work out if we need to change the color of the cite text at the same time
May be best to remove the built in color options and simply use ACF field to control color of text
