Enhancement request: ignore selective .md pages #172

I would like the ability to be able to ignore selective .md pages from the search.

Use Case:

Migrating from old pages to newer written pages, but keeping the content until the new content is ready.

It would be nice if this also could automatically ignore pages/docs/blogs marked as unlisted
