Ability to add notes to instances and hosts on the master web UI

As per title, it would be extremely neat if there was some kinda textbox or similar so you can add notes to individual instances and/or hosts.
This would for example allow noting down which person is running a specific host (in the case that many people contribute hosts to the cluster (as with the eternity cluster event)), or alternatively, which of your computers a specific host is running on.
I could also imagine it being useful in general when wanting to note down potential usecases for specific hosts ("only use for solar") or noting down to not use a host any further.
