Lists seem to end up as JSON encoded strings when passed from a source plugin.

Doesn't look like we currently support it: https://github.com/cloudquery/plugin-sdk-javascript/blob/main/src/scalar/list.ts#L40

Same fix as cloudquery/plugin-sdk#1530
