This adds a few more emoticons that can act as valid environment variable names, linked against [Wikipedia's list of emoticons](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_emoticons). This PR is in context with cli-guidelines#82
@archiloque, I made a PR against this, but I was unsure about OTZ, OTL, STO, JTO. @tashian what do you think?
