Add a Close action to the overlay menu #63

The overlay menu (the one that opens when activating the Contents button on a narrow viewport) doesn't have an explicit Close action.

It can be closed by clicking anywhere outside the links, but there are two issues with this:

it's only discoverable by trial and error;
it's not accessible to keyboard users.

So in addition to the existing way of closing the menu, an explicit Close button should be added, which solves both the above problems.
