Hi,

I am trying to install pycalw and using this command: "pip3 install --user clawpack". I have dedicated env in Anaconda for it and trying to install it in there.
I tried every general solution for this error, for example, I made sure my pip, setuptools, and wheel packages were updated. But I keep getting this error below:

Please provide the full output of the install command; I think the important information appears before the part you have shared.

Also let us know what operating system and Fortran compiler you're using.
