Hi! I've received reports from people trying to register for our event this Friday that they are having trouble with the Register button. They have reported that upon clicking on it nothing would happen or it would just load indefinitely.

They only pointer I have is that it may be related with Internet Explorer.

This could also be related with some issue with gotowebinar and that particular browser but I thought it would be better to check with you just in case.

I'm sorry if this issue does not go here but I haven't found a project related with the events.

Hi!
Could the people register with an other browser (if available)? The register button is only a link so it should work. Did a new Window/Tab open on the click?
For the moment I looks to me like Internet Explorer is blocking opening the new tab/window or has problems with showing the registration page at gotowebinar due to some technically incompatibility. Internet Explorer is not a most recent browser so maybe modern javascript is a problem.

@DenoBeno: I am on Linux only, so is there a chance to test this with Win and InternetExplorer at AIT?

What I have been doing is sending the ones that complained the link to register, the one that should open once you click on the button. None of them have complained again. As far as I know, it may be related with windows and Internet Explorer, so it would be nice to have a Windows user test this, I'm also on Linux.
