In many GIS systems, 0/0 is considered invalid.
node/3815077900 (Soul Buoy) is currently located at 0/0, but in the past users have mapped it at a slightly different coordinate.
If 0/0 is invalid, we could use it to quickly distinguish placeholder nodes (See #55).

GeoDesk for Python treats 0/0 as invalid, so no.
