Right now, accumulates all rings into a single multi-polygon, which can cause problems if the multi-polygons overlap or have collinear edges. Related: #21, clarisma/gol-tool#65

Conversely, PolyReader should be able to read collections.

Per https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmosis/Polygon_Filter_File_Format, multiple (multi)polygons must be separated by a blank line.
