馃摑 Provide a description of the improvement

It's possible to perform a drag and drop of images within the editor on mobiles (tested on iPhone), so we might have access to correct events. However, for tables, it's impossible to select the whole table using the handle and start dragging.

This ticket is for improving the drag and drop experience with widgets on mobiles.
