RemoteCKAN does not check for insecure certs when used as a Python module #166

While checking the new --insecure CLI parameter, I saw that RemoteCKAN does not check for unverified certs while trying out the RemoteCKAN example in the README.

Contrast that with the CLI which requires the --insecure parameter when going against the same insecure site (https://demo.ckan.org).
