Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If I'm not @chrisjwwalker and I'm running Gatekeeper on my homelab/hosting service for my self-hosted services. I don't want to see the CJWW Development logo on every page or see Gatekeeper in the top left of the pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to provide my own imagery and name for Gatekeeper to use if I'm hosting Gatekeeper for myself.
