I think the tags are having too much importance here, and this is overlapping the title of each post.

There is also a small difference between vertical and horizontal paddings between each colored box.

When you click on "all publications" it redirects you to a blog with a completely different design. That is confusing for the users. You feel lost, and ask yourself if you landed on the right place. It should be some kind of visual connections between both pages.
