[New Category] Torrent Clients and Trackers

Could a new category be added for torrent clients and trackers.

Torrenting is restricted or blocked in many countries, so it would be interesting to do some testing round this.

We already have the 'File-sharing' (FILE) category, which is described as "Sites and tools used to share files, including cloud-based file storage, torrents and P2P file-sharing tools.".

I can add the file sharing / torrenting websites to the current list.

Though what should i do with the torrent trackers and new trackon links?
