Pointillist Image

Hi, I have integrated the Matlab files in my Matlab program and run qSR, However, when I click on Pointillist Image nothing happens, even with the demo file. I can generate a Pointillist Image with the stand alone qSR program.
I want to do a Pair Correlation analysis. In the user manual it is stated "... set the Dark Time
Tolerance to 0 Frames." However, when I do this I gat an error message: Tolerance should be a positive integer.
Can you advice me on this?

Hi Hsielaff,

If you're using the GUI, I think you need to select a nucleus on "Preprocess / Filter Data" tab before the "Pointlillist Image" button will do anything.
